A kid being mocked by his classmate. It will pass. Kids will be kids. How many times have we said things like that? A violent school environment may change the life of a child forever.

The task was simple: How to encourage teachers not to turn a blind eye on bullying in schools? No budget, no incentives. We gathered teachers in a room and decided to show them the story of Tyler Long - and what he made of his life project.
